A Morning at Lynx Lake

A little embarrassing to admit (please look away Julie), GL and I just paid our first visit to Lynx Lake. We took the dogs over this morning and had an unbelievable time.

For those of you who have not been the lake is about 55 acres and has many accessible trails and some lovely secluded beach areas. The $2.00 self pay fee is very reasonable for a day pass. Also Wednesday is free.

Located just a few minutes off of hwy 69 (turn at Costco and head up the road a couple of miles). It makes a great place for a morning walk or a picnic.
